Finfluence (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a UK-based accounting and financial advisory company providing services to creators, influencers, and entrepreneurs.

Services

We offer subscription-based financial services with optional add-ons. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Accounting and bookkeeping

• Tax planning and compliance

• Financial coaching and wealth guidance

We provide professional guidance, but clients are ultimately responsible for their own financial decisions.

Subscriptions and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, with mutually agreed add-ons included if required.

• All payments must be made in GBP unless otherwise agreed.

• Payment are taken monthly via Direct Debit as agreed between Finfluence and the customer.

• By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees due.

• Transaction volume policy pending assessment - £0.75 per transaction or move to next plan.

• Quarterly pricing assessment.(Mutual agreement).

• Onboarding Fee may apply: £100 - £250 depending on complexity.

Cancellations

• Subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

• Add-on services are payable in full by the invoice due date and are not refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information relevant to the services you receive.

• You are responsible for keeping records and following any legal obligations that apply to your finances.

• We are not responsible for losses or penalties arising from incorrect or incomplete information you provide.

Liability

• Our liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the fees you have paid for the affected service.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

• While we aim to provide accurate and professional guidance, we cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers (e.g., Framer, Xero, Calendly, Google Analytics) to deliver our services. These providers are bound to protect your data in accordance with applicable laws.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
